The presentation will provide an overview of best practices in establishing an effective IT Governance body, including the following considerations:

• Benefits of creating an IT Governance body
• IT Governance body responsibilities
• Participation and leadership 
• Common mistakes and keys to success

Following the presentation, we will have a panel discussion with Agencies that have established IT Governance bodies.

While this is a Northern Chapter event, any MISAC member may attend.
